Richard L. Everstine is of counsel to Dickinson, Prud'Homme, Adams &
Ingram, LLP, has practiced in the area of general
insurance defense specializing in construction
litigation and other complex litigation cases. Mr. Everstine received his undergraduate degree from
Duke University. After graduating from Duke, he
worked for Reliance Insurance Companies as a
commercial casualty and multi-peril lines
underwriter. He was a member of the Law Review and
earned his Juris Doctor from the University of
Denver in 1974.
He is a Certified Trial Advocate with the National
Board of Trial Advocates and a graduate of the
Masters Advocates Program from the National
Institute of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Everstine is a
member and prior president of the Colorado Chapter
of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also
a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers
Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association,
Defense Research Institute, and the Denver and
Colorado Bar Associations.
